South Central Railways announces introduction of Kacheguda -Yesvantpur-Kacheguda Tri-Weekly Express

 
As announced in the Railway Budget 2013-2014, Shri Mallikarjun Kharge, Hon’ble Minister for Railways and  Social Justice & Empowerment will flag off Tr. No. 16569 Bangalore-Kacheguda Tri-weekly Express at 12:30 hrs on 1st March, 2014. Running as a special train (No. 06569), this inaugural special will run arrive Kacheguda at 01:30 hrs o­n the next day.  In the return direction, the inaugural run of Tr. No.16570 Kacheguda-Yesvantpur Tri-weekly express will depart Kacheguda as a special train (No.06570) at 14:00 hrs on 2nd March. 2014 and arrive Yesvantpur at 03:30 hrs o­n the next day. Enroute, these inaugural special trains will stop at all nominated halts for regular service.
 
 The regular run of Train No. 16569 Yesvantpur-Kacheguda tri-weekly express will commence from 3rd March, 2014. This train will depart Yesvantpur at 14:30 hrs o­n Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and arrive Kacheguda at 03:40 hrs o­n the next day. 
 
 In the opposite direction, Train No. 16570 Kacheguda-Yesvantpur Tri Weekly Express will commence its regular run from 4thMarch, 2014. This train will depart Kacheguda at 14:00 hrs o­n Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and arrive Yesvantpur at 03:30 hrs o­n the next day.
 
Enroute, these trains will stop at Yelhanka, Gowribiddanur, Hindpur, Dharmavaram, Anantapur, Gooty, Dhone, Kurnool City, Gadwal, Shriramnagar, Mahbubnagar, Jadcharla,   Shadhnagar stations. These trains will consist of 16 Coaches viz., o­ne AC II tier, o­ne AC III tier, six Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two General Second Class Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.

Southern Railways announces to introduce a new bi-weekly express train services between Mangalore Central - Kacheguda

As announced by the Hon’ble Minister for Railways in the Railway Budget    2013-14, a new bi-weekly express train service between Mangalore Central – Kacheguda will be introduced by Shri Mallikarjun Kharge, Hon’ble Union Minister of Railways at 15.00 hrs. o­n 23.02.2014 at Mangalore Central Railway Station.
 
The regular service of Train No.17605 Mangalore Central – Kacheguda bi-weekly express will commence o­n 26.02.2014 (Wednesday) ex. Mangalore and that of Train No.17606 Kacheguda – Mangalore Central bi-weekly express will commence o­n 28.02.2014 (Friday) ex. Kacheguda.
 
T.No.17605 Mangalore Central – Kacheguda bi-weekly express will leave Mangalore Central at 20.00 hrs. o­n Wednesdays & Saturdays, leave Katpadi  at 10.25 hrs. o­n Thursdays & Sundays and arrive Kacheguda at 03.40 hrs. o­n Fridays    and Mondays.
 
Train No.17606 Kacheguda – Mangalore Central bi-weekly express will leave Kacheguda at 06.00 hrs. o­n Tuesdays & Fridays, leave Katpadi at 19.40 hrs. o­n Tuesdays & Fridays and arrive Mangalore Central at 11.20 hrs. o­n Wednesdays and Saturdays.
 
The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 7 Sleeper Class,       6 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van  coaches.
 
The trains will stop at Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Shoranur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Renigunta, Razampet, Cuddapah, Yerraguntla, Gooty, Dhone, Kurnool City, Gadwal, Mahbubnagar and Jadcherla.
 
Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on 23.02.2014

Northern Railways announces new superfast weekly express between Luckmow – Yeshwantpur (Bengaluru)

Northern Railways has announced to introduce a new pair of train services No. 22683/22864 Lucknow- Yesvanthpur(Bengaluru) Superfast Weekly Express from both directionsfrom 01.03.2014 as per the following programme:-
 
Hon’ble Minister for Railway will flag off the inaugural run of the special Train No. 02683 from Yesvanthpur to Lucknow at 01.00 p.m. o­n 01.03.2014(Saturday). This Special inaugural train will reach Lucknow station at 06.30 a.m. the third day (Monday).
 
Following its inaugural run, the regular services of the 22683/22864 Lucknow- Yesvanthpur(Bengaluru) Superfast Weekly Express will be as under:-
 
Commencing regular services from 06.03.2014, the 22684 Lucknow- Yesvanthpur(Bengaluru) Superfast Weekly Express will depart from Lucknowon every Thursday at 05.25 p.m. to reach Yevanthpur at 02.00 p.m. the third day(i.e. Saturday).
 
In the return direction, commencing regular services from 10.03.2014, the 22683 Yesvanthpur(Bengaluru)-Lucknow Superfast Weekly Express will depart from Yesvanthpur o­n every Monday at 11.40 p.m. to reach Lucknow at 06.55 p.m. the third day(i.e. Wednesday)
 
 Consisting of o­ne AC II tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six sleeper, six general class besides luggage van coaches,the 22683/22864 Lucknow- Yesvanthpur(Bengaluru) Superfast Weekly Express trains will stop at Yesvanthpur, Yelhanka, Hindupur, Dharmavaram, Anantpur, Gooty, Dhone, Kurnool City, Gadwal , Mahaboob Nagar , Kachiguda , Mallkajgiri , Kazipet , Ramagundam, Sirpurkhagaznagar , Ballarshah , Sewagram , Nagpur , Betul, Itarsi , Pipariya , Narsinghpur , Jabalpur , Katni , Satna , Manikpur, Allahabad, Pratapgarh, Amethi, Rai Bareli, Lucknow in both directions.
